- $20,000.01 - $75,000.00: Three (3) quote bids required
- $75,000.01 and above: Competitive sealed bid required (IFB, RFP or RFQ)
*Act 1080 of 2017 allows for no bid requirement for commodities and services up to $40,000 if procured from a certified minority or woman-owned business.
