ASMSA students recognized at Honors Convocation

The Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences and the Arts recognized students for their academic achievements during the 2015-16 academic year during the 2016 Honors Convocation on May 6.

Faculty members from each department — humanities, science and mathematics — announced students who earned recognition for their efforts during the school year. Students were also recognized for other achievements, including National Merit Scholarship Semifinalists, Arkansas Boys and Girls State members and Arkansas Governor’s School selections.

Senior Canon Reeves of Searcy spoke on behalf of the senior class at the ceremony.
